Give me a NuFace.

This is the toning device I have been using for the past year, the NuFACE Mini. can you spot me in there? LOL

as mentioned in my previous post, I like to keep my facial devices separately. I have my Clarisonic to cleanse my face, and I have my NUFACE MINI by my bedside to use right before bed.

What is a NuFACE? Is it going to give me a New Face?

This is what they say..."The NuFACE Mini is a natural, non-invasive anti-aging solution perfect for travel and those looking for that first step into microcurrent treatments. Petite, portable microcurrent facial toning device FDA-cleared for facial stimulation. Gently stimulates the larger surface areas of the face to provide a 5-minute facial-lift."

I purchased the NuFACE Mini ($199), because the Trinity line starts at $325...and I honestly didn't see myself buying different attachments ( which is sold separately at $149 a piece). The only difference from the Mini and the Trinity is that Mini has a set piece that is meant to massage the whole face, whereas the Trinity has removable head pieces that you can change. So personally, I say give the Mini a try if you would like to try a facial toning device.

The NuFACE Mini comes with three strength settings, 1.2.3.

I recommend to start at level 1, and then eventually graduate to level 3.

You DO need to use a gel that helps for the maximum microcurrent conductivity. I have seen a video from Miranda Kerr who uses a facial spray mist, and I have read on other blogs that use aloe vera gel as well. The kit does come with their Gel Primer, that they highly recommend to use with their NuFACE device. You cannot have any makeup, or oils on your skin for it to work.

So this is how I use it...

This is how the Gel Primer from NuFACE looks like. It is literally those gels that they use on pregnant women's stomachs for the ultrasounds, or at least that's what it looks like.

You spread the gel on your face...however, this does dry out kind of quickly, so I like to spread on half of my face and then spread on the other half once I'm ready.

NEXT..you massage the NuFACE Mini in an upward motion.

excuse the bare face..but you cannot have any makeup/oil/lotion on. Just the Gel Primer that they provide.

You start at your jawline, then your cheekbone, then your forehead.

With the gel, you do not feel a thing, but a slight tingle at level 3.

Without the gel...you can feel the microcurrent, it feels like a mild mild electric shock.

SO...does it WORK?

I do have serum and lotion on my AFTER picture. But from side by side, it's very hard to see any difference.

SO.. I layered the two pictures on top of each other

I layered the BEFORE picture under and the AFTER picture on top of it. I lined up using my eyes and chin to match and line it up pretty accurately.

yeah....my face literally SHRUNK.

I do carry a lot of baby fat on my face, so I think I am able to get more dramatic results, but LOOK AT THAT DIFFERENCE.

Before I even purchased this product, I googled on my own some Before and After pictures..and YOU GUYS...some of them are even more drastic than mine are.

It does come with a big price tag, but for an At-Home-Device... that WORKS....I am glad I purchased this product. I am such a believer of At-Home-Devices, that I want to try more and more devices, that are out in the market, and review them for you guys!
